Newsletter No8 - May 2012
A rare dry day greeted the checkpoint team for the Founders relay rally. We once again used the car park by Mother Kelly`s chip shop and we had a steady trickle of bikes all day. A good cross section of Motorcycles, 1920s flat tank AJS through to 1980`s BMW, 26 Bikes in all.
A few members have suggested we should find a location away from the town for the check point.
Perhaps we can give this some thought for 2014
THE LIMES HOTEL
